The official site of the Greater Lansing Amateur Hockey Association, serving Delta Township, East Lansing, Lansing, Meridian Township, St Johns, and surrounding communities of Michigan.

We are a 501(c)(3) "non-profit" corporation operating for charity and the benefit of members and their families. Services include participation in charitable events, player/team registration, and fundraising to offset player fees. We are affiliated with the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association (MAHA) and USA Hockey; all teams are registered / operated in accordance with guidlelines and policy published by these organizations.


B Division Free Fall Clinics

Fall Clinics the week of September 6th at Suburban Ice East Lansing. Division skater free clinics for registered GLAHA skaters.

Mite Clinics 8 years & under:
Letters A-K Wednesday, 9/8 5:30 pm
Letters L-Z Friday, 9/10   5:30 pm

Squirt Clinics 9 & 10 year olds:
Letters A-K Wednesday, 9/8 6:30 pm
Letters L-Z Wednesday, 9/8 7:30 pm

Girls Clinic :
All Skaters Thursday, 9/9 6:00 pm

Peewee Clinics 11 & 12 year olds:
Letters A-K Thursday, 9/9 7:30 pm
Letters L-Z Friday, 9/10 6:30 pm

Bantam Drop-In Hockey 13 & 14 year olds:
All Skaters Wednesday, 9/8 8:30 pm
All Skaters Friday, 9/10 8:00 pm

Midget Drop-In Hockey 15 year olds & up:
All Skaters Wednesday, 9/8 8:30 pm
All Skaters Friday, 9/10 9:00 pm

 


September 11th - Registration Day/Skate B Division Skaters

Saturday, September 11th all B Skaters Registration and Skates all being held at Suburban Ice East Lansing

Skaters should arrive at least 45 minutes, minimum, before their scheduled skate time.  Check in at registration table first.  Season payments are due at that time for all skaters' divisions - amounts will be sent out by e-mail.  Paperwork for rostering skater will be distributed at that time.  Jersey and sock sizing will also take place before going on the ice.

State of Fitness Dry-Land Hockey Training

 

Dry-Land Hockey Training at it’s best!
 Enhancing Athletic Performance
 
Justin Grinnell offers one of the most comprehensive dry-land perfromance enhancements training program for hockey players of all ages and playing levels in the state of Michigan. Each player and teams program will be geared towards improving speed, quickness, core strength, power, agility, and endurance.
For the last 7 years Justin has worked with many hockey athletes from Squirt to the NHL and Olympic level. He has been the head strength and conditioning coach of the Lansing Capitals Midget Major.Minor AAA teams for the past 3 seasons.
