Greater Lansing Amateur Hockey Association

In 2005 the GLAHA Board of Directors voted unanimously to implement two player assistance programs and dedicated the association's United Way contributions to fund these efforts to make amateur hockey affordable for everyone.

Families who need financial assistance should review the application process and are welcome to apply for playing assistance funds. All applicants must pay their current season deposit before their application will be considered. The deadline for applications is October 1st each year.

GLAHA players who need financial help with equipment costs are welcome to apply for reimbursement from the One-Time Assistance Fund.

If anyone would like to make a donation to the scholarship fund or the equipment fund or has questions about the programs, please contact our Treasurer.

Bob Perani, of Perani's Hockey Shops, has set up a foundation to assist youth hockey families with the expense of playing this wonderful sport.
